Order: Hacienda WHEELS Pass Passes can be acquired by filling out the application below and clicking on "Send to Hacienda." If you prefer, requests can also be phoned to (925) 734-6551. Please allow three (3) working days to process your request from the time your application is received. Your pass will be mailed after being processed. All passes must be sent to a valid address within Hacienda or to a valid address within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Archstone, Avila, Siena, Valencia, or Verona.
