The Caledonian Club of San Francisco will hold its 143rd Annual Scottish Highland Gathering & Games this labor day weekend.  The Games are regarded by many to be the largest in the world.

The Games
The 143rd Annual Scottish Highland Gathering & Games will be held from 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. Enjoy a plethora of cultural and entertainment activities at this annual event. The festivities include seven stages of music and dance, a Birds of Prey exhibit, Gathering of the Clans, the 34th U.S. Invitational Heavy Event Championship and World Championship Hammer Throw, ethnic Scottish/British food and 100 vendors of Scottish, Irish, Welsh and British goods and much more.

Discount Tickets
This year marks the first time that patrons can take advantage of advance ticket sale discounts over the internet.  If you plan on attending the Games, simply logo onto www.caledonian.org, select "Games" from the menu then "Tickets." Advance ticket sales will be available through July 31st.
