RETAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGN 



The City of Pleasanton's Economic Development Department and the Pleasanton Economic Vitality Committee are kicking off a new marketing campaign for the city's retail sector. The new campaign will feature: retail seminars for local businesses; a long-range plan to create a more robust image and memorable shopping experience for Pleasanton and its visitors; and an online survey to explore consumer retail habits.

2010 Retail Survey
An important part of this new campaign is an online research study to explore consumer retail habits which could help provide answers about how and why people choose Pleasanton for shopping, dining and for doing business. All Tri-Valley residents and shoppers are invited to log on to www.pleasantonsurvey.com and complete a brief online survey by April 30, 2010. The responses from consumers and other Pleasanton stakeholders will be used to develop future strategies and recommendations.

Drawing for Survey Participants
Respondents who complete the entire survey will also be entered to win a $100 Downtown Pleasanton gift card from the Pleasanton Downtown Association or a $100 American Express Simon gift card from Stoneridge Shopping Center. No purchase is necessary to participate in the survey. Participants in the drawing must be at least 21 years old to enter and may only enter one time.
