MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR PLEASANTON FESTIVAL
The Pleasanton Community of Character Collaborative invites you to join them at the Make a Difference for Pleasanton Festival on January 18th. The event is free of charge and will focus on local volunteering and service opportunities for the community.
Make a Difference
On Saturday, January 18, 2014 the public is invited to the free Make a Difference for Pleasanton Festival being held from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Pleasanton Library in the Community Room. This years community service expo's theme is “Get connected, stay connected, through community involvement,” encouraging festival visitors to sign up for local volunteer opportunities.
The festival will include dozens of booths for local organizations. A complete list of participating organizations can be found at: www.communityofcharacter.org. Come and learn how you can make a difference in your health, your home, and your community. Opportunities will be available for adults, teens, and families.
