BEST WORKPLACES FOR COMMUTERS

Best Workplaces for Commuter

The Best Workplaces for Commuters campaign team and Hacienda Business Park want to let you know that you can still enroll for this year's regional recognition. You have until this Friday, September 19 to sign up for the 2003 Best Workplaces for Commuters list.

Simple One-Step Registration
Here’s the best part: businesses in the park need do nothing more than signal their interest in order to receive the recognition provided by the campaign. That’s because Hacienda's comprehensive commute alternatives program covers all of the requirements for any Hacienda employer to automatically be awarded the “Bay Area Best Workplaces for Commuters” title. All you need to do is register by this Friday at: http://www.hacienda.org/materials/materials_commute_bwfc.html.

Qualifications
Because Hacienda believes that transportation alternatives are essential to meeting the needs of today’s workforce, it has formed one of the most comprehensive commute service programs available. For employers this means that, simply by being a business in the park, your organization can automatically provide your employees the best in commute choices including: free use of transit, carshare resources, an emergency ride home, and a comprehensive library of commute information. This program automatically qualifies you for recognition under the National Best Workplaces for Commuters campaign.

Get Recognized for What You Already Do
Get the recognition you deserve. Giving employees access to programs that provide commuting benefits demonstrates true leadership. Through the Best Places for Commuters program employers distinguish themselves as having met a national standard of excellence in the provision of commuting benefits. Best Workplaces for Commuters employers are highlighted in an extensive annual media campaign as having made special provisions for their employees in helping to improve their quality of life, being savvy with their investment in employee benefits programs and progressive as business people. If you are interested in being recognized as such a leader, consider this important opportunity.
