PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Park landowners and Association representatives have been taking part on a task force along with representatives of nearby Hacienda residential projects and interested community members. The Hacienda Task Force was charged with creating planning recommendations for use by the City Council in their consideration of projects that will be brought forward on sites near the BART station. The work of the Hacienda Task Force is now complete and is in the final stages of a review process being conducted by the Pleasanton City Council.

Upcoming Meeting
A meeting of the Pleasanton City Council, where a final review and approval of the work undertaken by the Hacienda Task Force over the last several months will occur, is taking place on February 15 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bernal Avenue. At this meeting, the City Council is expected to adopt a final set of Design Guidelines as the guidance document for projects submitted in the planning area.
