Remedy Temp Helps You Build up Your Staff to Suit Your Needs

In any organization, there are times when the amount of work that needs to be done exceeds the capabilities of the full-time staff. In those same instances, it frequently doesn’t make sense to hire more people because the higher work load is short term. To avoid straining human resources by incorporating another staffer who may not be needed later, many companies turn to temporary agencies like Remedy Temp at 4847 Hopyard Road to help them get through the workload.

“Our company has approximately 500 full-time colleagues and we place approximately 40,000 associates nationwide on assignment during any given week,” says Saskia Celie, Regional Operations Administrator, of Remedy Temp’s Pleasanton office. Locally, the Pleasanton office serves businesses in Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Dublin, and Livermore in the clerical, information processing, and industrial fields.   Remedy has 15 other offices serving the Greater Bay Area.

“Our industry knowledge and specialized staffing divisions, along with our commitment to client satisfaction, really set us apart,” Celie says. “We also have a large network of branch offices around the U.S. that enables us to service national companies as well as local companies.” Remedy also uses a “temp to hire agreement” with the companies it services where employers can turn temporary employees into full-time staffers if they are pleased with the work that is done. “The advantage of a temporary service is that you can try the services of our associates before hiring on directly to ensure the right skill and cultural match,. However, for companies that don’t have the resources to hire a permanent employee, we provide the perfect way for them to take advantage of additional productivity by using an hourly Remedy employee."
