Hacienda Sees Significant Construction, Leasing in 2008: Oracle, Roche Lead the Way

Construction continues on Oracle’s new building near
Hacienda’s BART station.

With over 325,000 square feet of construction and significant tenant activity, Hacienda was busy in 2008.  Here's a summary for the year.

Roche Molecular Diagnostics added this 138,160 square foot
facility to their existing campus (top).  1st United Services
Credit Union expanded their headquarters in 2008 (bottom).
