New Facilities and Significant Tenant Activity are Hacienda Highlights in 2009


Oracle's new 185,000 square foot complex brought major
construction activity to the park in 2009. 


With over 185,000 square feet of construction completed and a number of lease transactions, Hacienda was busy in 2009.  Here's a summary for the year.



Creative Touch Interiors leased over 17,000 square feet at 5075 Hopyard
Road (top); Kleinfelder signed up for a similarly-sized space at 4670
Willow Road (bottom left); and Wunderlich-Malec moved within the park
to a 6,000 square foot office at 5934 Gibraltar Drive (bottom right).

Kaiser Permanente's IT Group prepared to expand into facilities
on Owens Drive (top) and One Risk Group leased over 6,400
square feet at 3825 Hopyard Road (bottom).
