The Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation established
for the purpose of representing the various investors in Hacienda and
to operate the development on their behalf. The Association provides a
number of services to, among others: park owners and their
representatives, park tenants and their employees, affiliates of these
owners and tenants, and the community at large. The Association seeks
to provide services in such a way so as to provide a high level of
satisfaction to the people and organizations we serve but does,
however, within the lawful limits of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act
of 1964,
as amended, reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
Personal and
Aggregate/Anonymous Information
The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting this
site. In general, we receive two types of information: personal
information you provide voluntarily, and aggregated information about
users as a whole.
Personal
Information We
may ask for personal
information when you submit requests or comments to the Association or
register for online programs we may
offer. This personal information may include your name, e-mail address,
phone number, fax number and/or street address. Where possible, we will
make the satisfaction of the request for personal information optional.
Personal information will remain confidential and will be used only for
the purposes of meeting requests for materials or program offerings, or
providing you information about
products, services and special campaigns conducted or coordinated by
the Association. Such information will not be sold or used for purposes

those described above. From time to time the Association will extend
the use of contact information to affiliates who are participating in
campaigns or programs specifically coordinated by the Association. In
such circumstances these affiliates will be required to provide a
statement in writing to the Association limiting their use of such
contact information solely for the purpose of conducting the campaign
or program coordinated by the Association.
Aggregate or
Anonymous
Information We
receive certain types of
information about general activity at this web site. This information
is anonymous and does not include personal
identifying information, such as e-mail addresses, that can be
linked to a specific individual, but does include data such as how many
times this web site is visited, what pages or search terms are
requested most, what domain name or internet service provider visitors
are coming from and the date and time of each
visit. The Association compiles this information into an aggregate form

statistical analysis and reporting. These reports track web site
