HACIENDA SEES RESULTS OF ONGOING

INVESTMENT IN FIRST QUARTER OF 2016


PLEASANTON, Calif. — Hacienda development and tenant activity continued during the first quarter of 2016. Several major projects have recently been completed with businesses commencing operations at their new Hacienda address. Occupancy throughout the development held steady for the first quarter. The park is the largest mixed-use development of its kind in Northern California.

“A number of major development projects for tenants were completed during the first quarter in Hacienda including those for Axis Community Health Clinic and the John Muir medical complex” said James Paxson, Hacienda’s general manager. “Work is also continuing on tenant improvements for new occupants at Rosewood Commons. Roche's expansion into a new 70,700 square foot facility, currently under construction, is yet another sign of the strength of Hacienda's market.”

Major transactions to date in 2016 were seen involving companies in a variety of business segments. Activity includes: The Gap (retail), Roche Molecular Systems (expansion) (biomedical), Avatier Corporation (software), Crosspoint Church (church), Global Village Montessori (education),  US Cryotherapy (wellness), Cisco (networking), Axis Community Health (health), John Muir (health), The Galloway (residential)  and Acosta (food).
