ACTIVITY REMAINS SOLID AT THE MIDPOINT
OF HACIENDA's SECOND QUARTER
PLEASANTON, Calif. — The year has proceeded well at Hacienda into the second quarter. Several new tenants have moved in since January and major announcements on new tenants will soon be released. Positive net absorption has continued to be seen since the beginning of the year. Hacienda ended 2016 with the highest square foot level of occupancy in the development's history and expects to set a new record in 2017.
“The activity in Hacienda is still moving in a very good direction. Not only has new tenant activity been solid but construction as well” says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "Even as a few of our new developments are being completed, new projects are starting to move forward. In addition, investment is being made into the rehabilitation and reconfguration of existing sites for new users.”

Ware Malcomb Celebrates 45th Anniversary
