| Hacienda is an aggregation of over one hundred individual parcels held by a diverse group of owners and investors. Ownership interests range all the way from small investors to large real estate investment firms and trusts to users who own their own property. Through a common development program, the sites held by these owners collectively represent the project as a whole. Hacienda conducts a variety of programs and offers a wide range of services to the park's owners and investors to help them reach their own individual goals while simultaneously meeting the needs of the overall development. |
