Hart Middle School is hosting a drive-thru Electronic Waste Recycling Fundraiser on Sunday, November 8th. Now is your chance to load up all your unwanted e-waste for proper disposal. This event is a fundraiser for the school so monetary donations are also welcome.

On Sunday, November 8th, you can recycle your unwanted e-waste at Hart Middle School from 10am to 4pm. Hart Middle School is located in Hacienda at 4433 Willow Road. TVs, monitors, laptops, and cell phones are free to recycle. There is however, a $5.00 per item fee to recycle the following electronic components: CPU's, telephones, printers, copiers, DVD or VCR players, fax machines, stereos or video games. Due to state regulations, donor names and addresses will be recorded and reported for electronic components. If several businesses co-mingle their electronic waste, please have the donor's names and addresses identified on each component. As an added service to the Hacienda business community, Hart's recycling partner - C&T Recycling - will pick up electronic recycling of more than 30 monitors (3 pallets) at a single location for free!  Please contact Amy Burchett at (925) 570-1543 to make arrangements for this special pick up. All electronic components are recycled in accordance with California law.
