Join the Assistance League of Amador Valley on May 7th for their 16th Annual Mad Hatter's Tea Party. The Assistance League of Amador Valley is a non-profit organization serving the Tri-Valley through hands-on volunteerism and assisting those in need through unique service projects.

Mad Hatter's Tea Party
The Mad Hatter's Tea Party will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from noon to 4 pm at the Aahmes Shrine Event Center in Livermore. Enjoy afternoon tea and guest speaker, Alex Anderson - "Trunk Show." Alex, a longtime Livermore resident, will be sharing her unique and diverse quilting journey from stay at home mom to National and International quilting celebrity.

Support for Local Philanthropic Projects
Tickets for the event are $50 and reservations are being accepted through April 22nd. Other event activities include a hat contest, champagne bar, silent auction, raffle prizes and the sale of lucky teacups all while raising funds for the Assistance League of Amador Valley's many philanthropic projects including: assault survivor kits, birthday bags, care for the retired and elderly, Horizon High School, Operation School Bell and screening eyes early.
