Valley Humane Society invites you to join them on October 2nd for Paws in the Park. The Valley Humane Society is an animal welfare organization advocating responsible pet ownership through educational outreach and collaborative programs that enrich the bond between people and companion animals and eliminate unnecessary euthanasia.

Valley Humane Society's "Paws in the Park" pledge-driven dog walk and community wide animal celebration is being held on Sunday, October 2nd from 1 pm to 4 pm in Lion's Wayside Park in downtown Pleasanton. Join the Valley Humane Society as they walk to raise money and awareness for the local no-kill animal shelter. Registration will begin at 1pm in the park. Many activities are planned for the event including vendor booths, agility demos, low-cost micro-chipping, music and dog adoptions. Participants can register in advance on the Valley Humane Society's website.
