HACIENDA TASK FORCE
Park landowners and Association representatives are taking part on a task force along with representatives of nearby Hacienda residential projects and interested community members. The Hacienda Task Force is charged with creating planning recommendations for use by the City Council in their consideration of projects that will be brought forward on sites near the BART station. The Hacienda Task Force is being supplemented by a separate Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee includes representatives from outside groups and agencies who have expressed interest in contributing their insight and expertise into the planning process.
The next Hacienda Task Force meeting is taking place on October 14 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held at the Hart Middle School Multi-Purpose Room, 4433 Willow Road and is scheduled to last until 9:30 pm. The session is primarily being devoted to an overview of proposed transit oriented development standards and design guidelines.
Revised Meeting Schedule
A revised schedule of meetings was recently distributed. Meetings between now and the end of the year are due to occur as follows (all meetings are currently scheduled to take place at the Thomas Hart Middle School Multipurpose Room):

- December 16, 2010
