SkillSet Software, a leading provider of human resource workflow applications, is moving to a new location that more than doubles the size of its current offices.

"SkillSet's decision to take over new offices is a result of its continued growth, reflecting a commit ment to answer customers' demand for products that truly automate and accelerate the hiring process," says Dan White, president and CEO of SkillSet Software. "Our mission is to help our customers stay competitive by being first to retain the most qualified candidates in a hiring market that is tighter than it's been in 30 years. We're eager to be up-and-running in our new location where we will further enable customers to achieve this end."

The company is scheduled to begin conducting business today out of its new space at 3875 Hopyard Road, Suite 250. At 10,380 square feet, it's more than double the size of their old, 4,400 square foot quarters at 5990 Stoneridge Drive.

The company's growth has not been limited to real estate, however. In the past year, SkillSet has doubled its staff to nearly 40 employees. The company now consists of executive management, adminis tration and accounting personnel as well as a product development group, a sales and marketing team, and a customer support unit.

"The move is also good for us because we happen to be business partners of PeopleSoft, who are local to us," adds White. SkillSet's workflow software products provide front-end integration with PeopleSoft and other HR software packages.
