BayOne Enables Large Companies to Compete

BayOne Solutions helps large organizations compete in the digital age through intelligent automation of legacy processes, retraining of employees, and providing immediate access to specialized talent pools. BayOne has delivered IT managed services to several mid-sized and large clients for more than seven years. In 2018 BayOne appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in America. The company has also been recognized as one of the Bay Area's fastest-growing private companies for the past three years in a row by San Francisco Business Times.

"Our clients come to us because of our ability to move quickly and respond to changing market rhythms faster than they can themselves," says Rahul Sharma, BayOne's co-founder and President. "We have evolved together on these journeys of digital transformation. With their success, our success has followed."

BayOne's managed services primarily consist of three service offerings. Team BayOne is a talent solution that gives clients access to fast-moving local talent pools in high-tech areas. Cognitive Automation helps clients automate processes that are often slow, tedious, and manual, making the companies more responsive to their markets. Level-up gives clients access to BayOne mentors who provide hands-on training on industry-specific use cases, help teams to quickly retool themselves for the future.

"What makes us special is our years of diverse industry experience, our ability to take risks with business, and our commitment to practice what we preach," notes Sharma. "Every industry is now a 'hyphen-tech' industry. This calls for a massive transformation in the way each company thinks, works, and manages its talent. We have a large network of progressive thinkers, software design architects, and artificial intelligence and automation experts that can do wonders for your organization by providing it with a much-needed competitive edge."

A leading global bank with offices in the Tri-Valley recognized BayOne as the supplier of the year 2018. BayOne has been that client's partner of choice in a digital transformation journey that began in 2013. BayOne helped the financial institution automate internal, statutory, and regulatory reporting. "Our experts in software design, engineering, quality assurance, and business intelligence have worked together on transformational projects resulting in annualized savings of over three million dollars for the client," says Sharma.

One large national retailer is another satisfied BayOne client. BayOne helped the retailer's quality engineering team develop a smart automation framework to reduce manual testing efforts through cognitive robotic process automation. BayOne established a new Center of Digital Excellence in their South Bay office. According to Sharma, BayOne has played a leading role in growing the retailer's team from 400 to more than 1,000 in DevOps, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Full-stack Engineering, Mobile Development and Product Management.

BayOne is a global company with a local presence. It moved its headquarters to Hacienda in 2014. The company has a total staff of over 500 spread across North America and Asia; more than 30 of them are in the Hacienda office. "With a large tech community in the area, we needed a larger space in the Tri-Valley, with easy access to our clients in San Francisco as well as the South Bay," says Sharma. "We wanted to create the same atmosphere of creativity, collaboration and fun as in Silicon Valley."
