CriticalRiver is a Trusted Technology Consulting Company

CriticalRiver Inc. is a trusted technology consulting company for comprehensive Oracle, Salesforce, and NetSuite consulting, implementation, and managed services across the globe. The company's highly experienced consultants are experts at understanding client needs and delivering strategic solutions that leverage the latest technologies and industry best practices. CriticalRiver's offerings include digital, cloud transformation, and intelligent automation solutions that empower its clients to automate and simplify processes and improve and enhance operational efficiencies.

"We deliver cutting-edge solutions with complete commitment, transparency, and accountability within budget and on time," says Anji Maram, Founder and CEO. "The hallmark of our solutions is end-to-end solutions delivery across Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, and Enterprise Applications Development services and solutions. Our mission is to deploy right-fit, next-generation solutions for our customers, adding value to their business growth for enduring success. The key differentiator value we offer is myriad and holistic solutions all under one roof that enable our customers to stay focused on their core business goals, while we provide technology consulting."

Cypress, a billion-dollar manufacturing company, provides one example of how CriticalRiver serves its clients. Cypress was using a legacy marketing automation platform and needed a better solution. CriticalRiver identified and implemented the Pardot Marketing Automation platform for its client, with significant results.

"It usually takes months for such a large automation deployment, but we accomplished the task in six weeks," notes Maram. "By leveraging Pardot, Cypress is able to improve the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns and track its success through measurable metrics such as percentage of increases in sales funnels as a result of the company's marketing campaigns. The implementation significantly enhanced our client's marketing capabilities, increased its marketing-influenced revenue, and drastically shortened its sales cycle, leading to more conversions in less time."

CriticalRiver has invested enormously in next generation technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, the Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, Industry 4.0, Digital Experience Platform, and Digital Transformation. As a part of this process, it has built a chatbot/virtual assistant/digital agent that can be used independently or integrated with third-party applications. The bot, named Nimoy, has powerful features to interact, communicate, and engage with humans; follow orders; and accomplish tasks.

The Hacienda office is the headquarters of CriticalRiver Inc. and where the leadership team operates. In the US the company has additional offices in Texas and Maryland. It also has offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Bangalore, India, as well as a Center of Excellence in Hyderabad, India. The company has more than 300 global employees; 20 work at CriticalRiver's headquarters.

The company moved to Hacienda in 2019. "We were looking for a more spacious office to accommodate all employees and found Hacienda to be the ideal place," says Maram. "We recently learned that a lot of talent in the Bay Area is moving to the East Bay. We like to be in a win-win situation by helping the East Bay community and getting help from the East Bay community."

As part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives, CriticalRiver has worked to raise funds for educating underprivileged students. In 2018, for example, CriticalRiver participated in CIO magazine's Annual Charity Golf Tournament to help economically disadvantaged college students attending two and four-year colleges in the Bay Area pursuing degrees in IT and computer science-related fields. Many of these students are the first in their family to earn a college degree and are often overcoming challenging circumstances. CriticalRiver helped CIO raise $750,000 at Wente Vineyards.
