The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center (TVHOC) is hosting a housing forum on Saturday, May 10th in Hacienda. The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center provides homebuyer pre- and post- purchase education, income and asset development education, information regarding private sector lender programs, and funding sources - helping match those in need with programs and services that benefit them most.

Housing Forum

The TVHOC Housing Forum will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the CarrAmerica Corporate Center located in Hacienda at 4400 Rosewood Drive. The topic of the Forum is "Today's Housing Market, How is it Affecting You?." A presentation will be given by Tri-Valley elected officials from Danville, San Ramon, Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton on the current state of the housing market. An orientation session will provide an overview of the programs and services offered by the TVHOC including homebuyer education classes, individual consultation sessions, budget and credit, city programs and more. Also included will be a presentation outlining their new default foreclosure counseling service.
