The mission of the East Bay Leadership Council is to provide advocacy on public policy issues affecting the economic vitality and quality of life in the Greater East Bay region.
The 17th Annual Small Business Awards Luncheon is being held on Thursday, May 4th, 2017, from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at the Hilton Concord, located at 1970 Diamond Boulevard in Concord. The event honors small business owners and entrepreneurs, selected by their local Chamber of Commerce, for their achievements in building their businesses and for their contributions to the community.
