PLEASANTON, Calif. - The start of 2016 has been active for Hacienda. Over a dozen new companies have come to the development in the last few months and established companies have been recognized for a number of notable achievements.
"The new year is starting off well." says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "The active development we saw in 2015 has not stopped in 2016 and continued interest is being expressed in Hacienda's premier location. Additional positive absorption is expected over the next several months."
Here is a summary of just some of what has gone on in Northern California's largest mixed-use development in the past three months:
John Muir Health and San Ramon Regional Medical Center's new Pleasanton Outpatient Center is now open at 5860 Owens Drive in Hacienda, a short walk from the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station. Ample onsite parking is also available.
"At the Pleasanton Outpatient Center, the Tri-Valley community can access a wide range of medical services, all in one convenient location," said Paul Smith, chief executive officer of the joint venture between John Muir Health and Tenet Healthcare that operates the Pleasanton Outpatient Center. "Our services are available to the entire community and we accept most insurance plans, which means even if you don't have a doctor located at our center, you can use our services like the Urgent Care, lab, and imaging." Other services available at the Pleasanton Outpatient Center include: primary, pediatric, and specialty care; senior and wellness services; and care coordination.
"Through our partnership with San Ramon Regional Medical Center, we're excited to provide the Tri-Valley community with expanded choices for high-quality, patient-centered care, close to home in a modern, healing environment," said Lee Huskins, president and chief administrative officer of John Muir Health's Physician Network. "Offering primary care physicians, specialists and care managers in one location enhances collaboration, knowledge sharing and care coordination, which allows us to partner with our patients to better manage their health."
SmartZip Analytics, a Hacienda-based corporation specializing in predictive marketing technology for real estate, has redesigned and enhanced its flagship software product, SmartTargeting. The software now includes a real estate focused CRM technology which lets agents easily keep track and stay connected to their top seller prospects while they are both inside and outside the office. A stand-alone CheckIn app, which now comes standard with SmartTargeting, helps agents track, schedule and prioritize follow up actions such as phone calls, emails, door knocking and other common outreach activities from any mobile device. The app syncs data and contact insights from SmartTargeting so real estate professionals can have more educated conversations with prospects, and keep track of their most important daily follow up actions to streamline their business and close more deals.

North American Lighting (NAL), a tier one automotive lighting supplier, has selected the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) offered by Hacienda's Plex to run its manufacturing operations and enterprise resource planning across eight facilities. NAL selected the Plex Manufacturing Cloud to replace multiple, legacy on-premise systems and plans to use Plex to achieve seamless integration across NAL's advanced manufacturing systems and facilities
