HACIENDA BUSINESSES CONTINUE ACTIVE 2015
PLEASANTON, Calif. — Hacienda has seen an increase in occupancy over the last year with a corresponding growth in tenant activity. The current trend of positive absorption is on track to continue into the new year.
“Vacancy declines are continuing at the same steady rate that has occurred over the last few years,” says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. “Furthermore, in addition to the substantial investment being made in existing facilities, new project activity is strong and new facilities will commence construction in Hacienda before the end of the year. This means that, in addition to increasing the occupancy of our existing base, we expect to expand our base of occupancy as well.”
