HACIENDA BUSINESSES CONTINUE ACTIVE 2017

PLEASANTON, Calif. — Hacienda has continued to experience increases in occupancy over the close of last year with a corresponding growth in tenant activity. The development has experienced net positive absorption throughout three quarters of the year.

“Even with minor increases in Flex and Retail space vacancy over the last quarter, overall occupancy rates have increased due to declines in Office vacancy,” says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. “Tenant interest and new activity have been good in the last three months and Hacienda is now home to several new businesses largely in sectors that are well established within the development."
