SPRING 2001 SOFTBALL LEAGUE

Attention sports enthusiasts! Registration begins January 22, 2001 for the City of Pleasanton's Spring 2001 Softball League. Games begin between April 2nd and April 12th.

Mail-in Registration for Priority Teams

Teams with a priority level of I, II or III are able to register by mail from January 22nd through February 22nd. The following guidelines are used in determining priority classification. Priority I teams consist of returning teams from the spring 2000 league with 75% or more Pleasanton residents. Priority II teams are new teams with 75% or more Pleasanton residents. Priority III teams are returning teams with priority assigned based on the number of years in the league as well as the number of Pleasanton residents on the team. To register a Priority I, II or III team, mail your completed roster including league and night availability, and all fees including the non-resident fee to:

Walk-in Registration

All new teams, teams who have only played in the fall softball season, or teams with a priority level of I, II or III who missed the mail-in registration period will be able to register on a walk-in basis. Walk-in registration will take place on March 7th and 8th from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Softball Complex Fieldhouse meeting room located on the second floor at 5800 Parkside Drive off of Hopyard Road. Walk-in registration is taken on a first come, first serve basis. After walk-in registration, teams may register during office hours at the Softball Complex until Monday, March 19th on an availability basis only.

League: Men's Slowpitch League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $615.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 18 and above

League: Co-Ed Competitive League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $615.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 18 and above

League: Men's Masters League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $615.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 35 and above

League: Women's Slowpitch League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $615.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 18 and above

League: Co-Ed Recreational League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $485.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 18 and above

League: Men's Legends League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $485.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 50 and above

League: Co-Ed Church League Fee/Sponsor Fee: $435.00 Non-Resident Fee: $10.00 per player Age Classification: 18 and above
