The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center (TVHOC) would like to invite you to their services information mixer on July 29, 2009. The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center provides homebuyer pre- and post- purchase education, income and asset development education, information regarding private sector lender programs, and funding sources to help match those in need with programs and services that benefit them most.

Homeownership Resources

The Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center's services information mixer will take place at their offices in Livermore from 6:00 - 7:30 pm on Wednesday, July 29, 2009. The mixer will provide information on the many services provided by the TVHOC such as:

• How can the Tri-Valley Housing Opportunity Center and its banking and real estate partners help your dream of homeownership become a reality

• Overview of TVHOC programs and services

• One-on-One consultation and case management

• TVHOC educational programs

• TVHOC housing services

• City down payment assistance and affordable housing program resources

• Housing counseling consultation with a Certified Housing Counselor
