Join Startup Tri-Valley in partnership with Kaiser Permanente with the City of Pleasanton for the 2025 Tri-Valley Life Sciences Summit. The Tri-Valley Life Sciences Summit is designed to highlight work in the local life sciences sector, give busy professionals actionable information they can incorporate into their work immediately, and to provide great opportunities for participants to connect with peers.
The 2025 Tri-Valley Life Sciences Summit will be held on October 15 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the Rosewood Commons Conference Center, 4400 Rosewood Drive, Pleasanton. This event is designed to relay information, inspire, and create networking opportunities for all participants, and has been structured to provide high-value content for early-stage startups as well as high-growth, later-stage companies. Be on hand to interact with scientists, technologists, investors and business professionals working in industries that include or intersect with life sciences who are entrepreneurs or have entrepreneurial ambitions. This event brings together professionals from across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
The program will begin with a networking reception that will provide attendees with an opportunity to engage with peers and make industry connections. Event hosts, Yolanda Fintschenko, of Startup Tri-Valley will welcome all event attendees to the 2025 Life Sciences Summit program at 5:45 pm, and Pleasanton Mayor Jack Balch will give a warm welcome to the city. The program starts with Derek Kirk, Senior Advisor for Economic Policy, GO-Biz with a brief landscape of how the state of California is investing in life sciences, including how Tri-Valley companies can tap into the funding sources that state is providing at a critical juncture in the industry. Next, Kaiser Permanente Executive Vice President, Pam Galley will lead an engaging fireside chat about how innovations in life sciences tools impact the delivery of health care and patient outcomes. The program will then transition into a panel discussion of entrepreneurs, highlighting the taxonomy of the Tri-Valley life sciences lab tools ecosystem. This discussion will provide valuable insights into the region’s thriving life sciences ecosystem.
Tickets are free for this event but registration is required. Registration ends on October 15, 2025 and can be completed by visiting: www.startuptrivalley.org/2025-tri-valley-life-sciences-summit/.
