The City of Pleasanton is one of the most desirable places to live in the Bay Area thanks to great schools, sunny weather, a strong job market, and welcoming community. Anton Hacienda is a Hacienda residential development consisting of 168 luxury rental units. Avana Stoneridge Apartments is a complex of 354 units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom townhouses, all providing the comfort and amenities of home. Apartments range from 570- to 990-square feet; townhouses from 750- to 1,015-square feet. Essex Property Trust built and manages 251 apartments at Hacienda Drive and Gibraltar Drive and another 255 units at Owens Drive and Willow Road. Developed by SummerHill Homes, the Andares project opened for sales in 2016. Made up of 94 attached homes in two- and three-story buildings. selected floor plans include downstairs bedrooms. These homes offer approximately 1,633- to 2,422-square feet and all of the beautiful landscaping and convenient amenities that make a location at Hacienda so appealing.

Hacienda Drive and Gibraltar Drive (North)

Title Insurance and Escrow Services

As Moneywise explains, "one of the major purposes of an escrow service is ensuring the smooth transfer of a home's ownership.One factor that can prevent a smooth transfer is an issue with the property's title." AC Boost, Alameda County's Down Payment Assistance Program, offers shared appreciation loans of up to $210,000 to first-time homebuyers who live in, work in, or have been displaced from Alameda County. Limited preference is given to first responders and educators, including public school employees and childcare providers.

In 2004, the City introduced the Pleasanton Down Payment Assistance Loan Program. The program currently provides up to $100,000 in down payment assistance for potential first-time homebuyers whose household income does not exceed 120% of the Area Median Income. The Pleasanton Home Ownership Assistance Program has been helping first-time buyers buy homes since the 1990s.

More than 1,000 below-market rental apartment units have been built since the mid-1980s. BMR units are located throughout the city, including Park Hacienda and Anton Hacienda. Inquiries and applications for leasing a unity is administered on-site at each complex.

In addition to education, this nonprofit, HUD-approved housing counseling agency has a Rental Assistance Program for families with minor children, veterans, pregnant women in their second trimester or later, individuals 55 or older, disabled adults, domestic violence survivors, and legally emancipated youth. The program can help eligible individuals with move-in costs or delinquent rent due to a temporary financial setback. It also offers many other programs to assist renters and buyers.
