Rimini Street Brings Software Expertise to Hacienda

By Hacienda Pulse Newsletter

Rimini Street may be a new Hacienda tenant, but the company is a veteran in the software industry with more than two decades helping clients take back control of the IT roadmap, delivering high-value software support services and innovation solutions.

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Rimini Street has expanded its operations globally including its presence in Pleasanton.

The company focuses on Agentic AI ERP innovation, using a three-step process dubbed, The Rimini Smart Path, that applies a portfolio of solutions to transform how businesses support and optimize their software portfolio so they can innovate with Agentic AI ERP, according to the company’s website.

“Our proven methodology helps clients extend system life, regain IT roadmap control and unlock funding for meaningful innovation — now, not years from now. Thousands of global executives across every major industry are following the Rimini Smart Path to reach their strategic, operational and financial goals,” Rimini Street officials wrote.

Company, Clients, Colleagues and Community are the “4 Cs” of Rimini Street’s mission. “With every decision we make, we take into account its impact on each quadrant, ensuring our actions reflect, strengthen and shape our relationships with those we serve,” according to officials.

One of the company’s most recent developments is a strategic partnership with Datacom, one of Australasia’s largest homegrown technology services and solutions providers.

The reseller agreement will see Datacom offer Rimini Support for Oracle and SAP software to its public and private sector customers across Australia and New Zealand, according to a September press release announcing the partnership.

This collaboration brings together Rimini Street’s third-party software support with Datacom’s extensive market presence and implementation expertise.

“We are excited to partner with Rimini Street to enhance our service offerings. This partnership allows Datacom to provide our clients across ANZ with a proven solution that helps to extend the life and value of their enterprise software investments so they can continue on their AI journeys. It aligns perfectly with our commitment to helping customers solve their biggest challenges and achieve their strategic goals,” said Dave Payne, director, Core Platforms, Australia and New Zealand, Datacom.

As part of its core platforms portfolio, Datacom will offer level 4 support services, security and compliance solutions, powered by Rimini Street, to its clients on perpetually licensed versions of Oracle and SAP software, without needing to upgrade or give up their licenses, officials said in their press release.

“This is a first-of-its-kind partnership for Rimini Street in this region, and we are excited to join forces with a technology leader like Datacom at a pivotal moment, when economic pressures and the urgency to accelerate AI adoption intersect,” said Shirley Riddick, GVP and regional GM, ANZ, Rimini Street. “Rimini Street and Datacom together can help organisations maximise the full value of their current investments, reduce operating risk and leapfrog innovation by deploying Agentic AI in weeks, not months, on top of their existing systems.”

Demonstrated by its extensive list of clients, Rimini Street is trusted by thousands of leading organizations including Fortune Global 100, Fortune 500, midmarket, public sector and government agencies.

“With unparalleled expertise and a comprehensive portfolio of services, we champion leaders to break free from ERP vendor constraints, empowering them to put technology to work for better, faster business outcomes that drive competitive advantage and growth,” officials said.
