PLEASANTON, Calif. — Hacienda has had a solid 2018. The development has experienced strong absorption through the year and seen recent decreases in Office, Flex and Retail vacancy.

"Office vacancies had increased a little after the first of the year but have started to move back down. Flex and Retail vacancies have also recently declined," says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "Our largest vacancy factor is in Warehouse owing to the recent departure of a key logistics tenant. However, with new ownership and investment in our main Warehouse facility, we are expecting to see these vacancies decline as well. New activity in both Office and Flex projects are also expected before the end of the year."

ClubSport, Renaissance ClubSport, and The Studio Fitness Clubs Launch Colin's Crew Fundraising Effort to Support Children with Bleeding Disorders

Pleasanton, Ca - Leisure Sports announced today that Colin's Crew is the focus of its annual fundraising efforts. Each year the company selects a local or national charitable organization to support and this year has chosen to support the National Hemophilia Foundation and Camp Hemotion through Colin's Crew.

The fundraiser will bring awareness and support to a rare condition that has hit close to home for the company and community: Hemophilia, a bleeding disorder that presently has no cure.

The Colin's Crew fundraiser was named after Colin Watson, a one-year-old who was diagnosed with severe Hemophilia Type-A. He, along with his family and friends, are attempting to raise $50,000 to send 33 kids to Camp Hemotion, a residential summer camp for young people ... more.

1st United Rallies to Provide Backpacks for Local Youth

Pleasanton, CA - 1st United Credit Union wrapped up its annual school supply and backpack drive in support of Alternative Family Services and the Alameda County Family Justice Center with enough supplies for 267 students, surpassing our goal of 200. Jennifer Harper, Director Development & Marketing for Alternative Family Services commented, "1st United has supported our Wish Upon a Backpack drive for several years. We are always grateful they chose our organization for their donation. Our foster youth are now headed back to school with the basic tools they need to succeed."

"Because of their efforts, we were able to help over 100 families start their children off this school year the right way," said Denise Jackson, Women's Empowerment Coordinator for the Alameda County Family Justice Center about the donation from 1st United Credit Union.
