Scoop New Rider Benefits

Scoop is a new mobile app that lets employees share trips to and from work with a single click. Employees can choose to drive or ride each day at the time of their choosing. Scoop riders save 30-40% on their commute costs vs. driving alone and Scoop drivers save up to 100% with just a few passengers. Scoop manages the application, ride matching, customer service, and guarantees all participants a ride home each day. As good as this is, Scoop is offering their fully automated commute application to Hacienda employees at a special discount. Scoop will cover your first week of commuting for free, and participants will receive a $1.00 discount on all future trips (an ongoing discount of up to 25%)! There is no charge to enroll.

Getting Your Scoop Discount

In order to qualify for the Scoop New Rider program, applicants need to be either an employee within Hacienda or a resident within one of the following Hacienda residential communities: Anton Hacienda, Avila, Park Hacienda, Siena, Springhouse, Valencia or Verona. Information on how to obtain your discounted participation rate is available on our web site once you are logged into your Hacienda account at www.hacienda.org. If you have not already done so, creating an account is easily accomplished by following the directions below. Once logged in, proceed to the Special Offers section off the Tools menu and select Commute and Scoop from the menu on the left. Registered users will be able to view details as well as gaining access to all of the other Special Offers provided to Hacienda affiliates.

We invite you to create your own Hacienda account to gain access to the many special features on our site. Simply go to www.hacienda.org and select Log In at the top of any page. You will find a grey link underneath the login information where you can create an account. Details on creating different accounts can be found in the Resources section of our web site.
