The Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation established for the purpose of representing the various investors in Hacienda and to operate the development on their behalf. The Association provides a number of services to, among others: park owners and their representatives, park tenants and their employees, affiliates of these owners and tenants, and the community at large. The Association seeks to provide services in such a way so as to provide a high level of satisfaction to the people and organizations we serve but does, however, within the lawful limits of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
Personal and Aggregate/Anonymous Information
The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting this site. In general, we receive two types of information: personal information you provide voluntarily, and aggregated information about users as a whole.
Personal Information We may ask for personal information when you submit requests or comments to the Association or register for online programs we may offer. This personal information may include your name, e-mail address, phone number, fax number and/or street address. Where possible, we will make the satisfaction of the request for personal information optional. Personal information will remain confidential and will be used only for the purposes of meeting requests for materials or program offerings, or providing you information about products, services and special campaigns conducted or coordinated by the Association. Such information will not be sold or used for purposes other than those described above. From time to time the Association will extend the use of contact information to affiliates who are participating in campaigns or programs specifically coordinated by the Association. In such circumstances these affiliates will be required to provide a statement in writing to the Association limiting their use of such contact information solely for the purpose of conducting the campaign or program coordinated by the Association.
Aggregate or Anonymous Information We receive certain types of information about general activity at this web site. This information is anonymous and does not include personal identifying information, such as e-mail addresses, that can be linked to a specific individual, but does include data such as how many times this web site is visited, what pages or search terms are requested most, what domain name or internet service provider visitors are coming from and the date and time of each visit. The Association compiles this information into an aggregate form for statistical analysis and reporting. These reports track web site activity overall rather than on an individual level. We may use this information to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our web site, to improve the content and performance of our web site or to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
