The Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation established for the purpose of representing the various investors in Hacienda and to operate the development on their behalf. The Association provides a number of services to, among others: park owners and their representatives, park tenants and their employees, affiliates of these owners and tenants, and the community at large. The Association seeks to provide services in such a way so as to provide a high level of satisfaction to the people and organizations we serve but does, however, within the lawful limits of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.

Personal and Aggregate/Anonymous Information
The information we receive depends upon what you do when visiting this site. In general, we receive two types of information: personal information you provide voluntarily, and aggregated information about users as a whole.

Aggregate or Anonymous Information     We receive certain types of information about general activity at this web site. This information is anonymous and does not include personal identifying information, such as e-mail addresses, that can be linked to a specific individual, but does include data such as how many times this web site is visited, what pages or search terms are requested most, what domain name or internet service provider visitors are coming from and the date and time of each visit.
