Housing
Hacienda is home to a large residential community who have found the park's housing to be an important asset in their daily lives. Many Hacienda residents also work in the park making Hacienda a convenient commuteless living choice that also allows for strong ties to the adjacent Pleasanton community, the Tri-Valley and the greater Bay Area. With its dynamic transit orientation, Hacienda housing provides the perfect springboard for both work and play.
Housing Opportunities
Between homes, townhomes, and apartments, approximately 2,250 units have been built in the park. A variety of choices exist in the products available with a wide range of affordability.
Townhomes and Houses
Hacienda's for-sale projects, built by Signature Properties and SummerHill Homes, have a wonderful mix of amenities and all are periodically for sale. Each has a recreation area featuring a pool, cabana, and access to a linear park with basketball courts and tot lots. Projects within Hacienda include:
- Andares - Located on West Las Positas and Hacienda in Pleasanton, Andares offers 94 attached homes in 2 and 3 story homes with downstairs bedrooms in selected plans, proximity to work centers and major employers, easy commute via 580/680, close to restaurants, outdoor amenities and parks, historical downtown and major shopping centers, nearby Dublin BART stations, and outstanding Pleasanton schools.
- Avila - Avila features courtyard single family detached housing from two to four bedrooms. Avila has a total of 146 units, ranging from 1,300 to 1,900 square feet.
- Siena - This project of 162 townhomes consists of two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet.
- Valencia - This is a project of 178 two-, three-, and four-bedroom single family homes. The units range from 1,100 to 1,900 square feet. Valencia II expands on the concept of the first phase with larger, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes.
- Verona - Verona was Signature's first project at Hacienda. Construction on the 140 two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes began in 1993.
Apartments
Hacienda has five apartment complexes. A 168-unit complex on W. Las Positas Boulevard, a 255-unit complex at the corner of Owens Drive and Hacienda Drive, a 251-unit complex at the corner of Hacienda and Gibraltar, a 540-unit apartment complex on Owens Drive and a 354-unit apartment complex at the corner of Stoneridge Drive and W. Las Positas Boulevard.
- Anton Hacienda - A gated community offering resort-style amenities including light-filled interiors, oversized closets, stainless steel appliances, a 24-hour wellness center and club room.
