EBS – On the Job Helping Employers Help Employees

With years of experience in on-site, call center, IVR, and group meeting environments behind it, EBS added on-line enrollment and eligibility tracking services in late 2002. Today, the company provides a robust web-based, fully-configurable enrollment system. The system allows employers to manage and control the selection and communication of benefits 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The online enrollment system can also be configured to work in conjunction with other EBS enrollment solutions, including the call center and onsite benefit counselors, further enhancing EBS’ enrollment service.
