Much of Hacienda's operation and maintenance is performed through contracts managed by the Hacienda Owners Association. The Association routinely solicits proposals for these services with most secured through a competitive bid process.
Bid documents and specifications for various projects are available by creating an account on our web site and establishing yourself with a Vendor account. Once created, you can access the Resource Center section for vendors through the account manager to see proposals available for bids.
