Project Approval

All projects in Hacienda undergo a process of design review and approval. Hacienda's project documents outline all of the information necessary to guide project applicants through the approval process providing them with the necessary details to help make a successful application. Hacienda's approval process is designed to meet owner needs while upholding the requirements that dictate Hacienda's form and character.

The Hacienda Owners Association is the organization that performs project review in the park prior to an applicant's submittal to the City of Pleasanton for review and permitting. Please feel free to contact the Association to make an appointment to discuss prospective development applications or matters related to a specific project.
