The CoolTones is a Pleasanton-based “Big Band” plus vocalist Kathy Blackburn. Expect uniquely inspired arrangements of big band, jazz, swing, and blues music with a little rock, funk and fusion mixed in. The group includes musicians from our Tri Valley area. The CoolTones have received rave reviews at Pleasanton’s Concerts in the Park, local fairs and festivals as well as wedding and private parties.
