The Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce welcomes Livermore Mayor John Marchand who will present a State of the City address at its Wine Country Event on Thursday May 22 at an in-person luncheon held at the Garre Winery & Vineyard. Topics Mayor Marchand is expected to cover include the City’s progress on  downtown projects – housing, hotel and amenities including parking and green space; progress on housing and infrastructure citywide and delivery of key city services; the City’s General Plan update; and the status of the City’s fiscal health and resources to meet its obligations.
