  In honor of International Yoga Day, a free outdoor yoga and mediation session will again be offered to the community on the Shea Homes Plaza outside the Bankhead Theater. Now in its third year, the event has attracted enthusiastic participants of all ages.

    Instructors from Dragonfly Yoga + Wellness and Joya Yoga, Omni fitness  Livermore will teach the hour-long, all-level class, accompanied by live music from Phil Didlake & Friends. Come enjoy your evening and witness power fly yoga. Participants in the session should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel. The event will be held outdoors on the grass. No prior experience is needed. Sponsored by the Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center.

    Livermore Valley Performing Arts Center is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to providing access to the arts for the Tri-Valley community and beyond.
