PLEASANTON, Calif. — Hacienda has seen an increase in occupancy over the last year with a corresponding growth in tenant activity. The current trend of positive absorption is on track to continue into the new year.

"Vacancy declines are continuing at the same steady rate that has occurred over the last few years," says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "Furthermore, in addition to the substantial investment being made in existing facilities, new project activity is strong and new facilities will commence construction in Hacienda before the end of the year. This means that, in addition to increasing the occupancy of our existing base, we expect to expand our base of occupancy as well."

Veeva Systems Teams with HighPoint Solutions to Deliver Master Data Management

Veeva Systems and HighPoint Solutions are expanding their partnership to bring Veeva Network Customer Master to more life sciences companies. HighPoint, which has a long and successful track record implementing master data management (MDM) systems, will now offer its customers implementation services for Veeva Network, the only MDM application developed exclusively for the life sciences industry.

Hoge Fenton Joins International Law Firm Network

Retrofit magazine named Strong-Wall SB wood shearwall, a product from Hacienda's Simpson Strong-Tie, to its Top 50 Products of 2014 list.

Strong-Wall SB shearwall is a prefabricated, trimmable wood shearwall that offers enhanced design flexibility and greater lateral-force-resistance performance for a range of applications, including supporting two-story structures, garage portals and large openings. In areas susceptible to seismic activity or high winds, it provides structural support comparable to steel shearwalls in narrow panel widths.
