PLEASANTON, Calif. — Tenant and investment activity continues in Hacienda during the second quarter of the year. Similar to recent trends, positive absorption has been seen quarter over quarter with new tenants arriving in a variety of sectors as well as activity occurring with existing Hacienda tenants.

"Our occupancy within Hacienda remains firm during the second quarter of the year. With recent commitments, Hacienda has reduced vacancy beyond that seen at the close of 2018" noted James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "Interest from tenants remains strong and this is expected to translate into additional activity over the next several months. Investment in Hacienda facilities has also been good and more sales are expected before the close of the year."

AEye Expands Business Development and Customer Success Team to Support Growing Network of Global Partners and Customers

PLEASANTON, CA, May 14, 2019 Artificial perception pioneer AEye today announced the expansion of its business development team to address the global market opportunity AEye's iDAR™ system. The company has hired BD directors in the Americas, Europe, and Japan to support the growing network of AEye automotive partners and customers worldwide.
