PLEASANTON, Calif. — Activity continues in Hacienda during the first quarter of the year. New tenants in a wide variety of sectors have recently arrived at Hacienda and other existing tenants are currently in plans for expansion within Hacienda facilities. Hacienda ended 2018 with around 407,000 sf of tenant activity for the year and has already seen a strong start to 2019.
