PLEASANTON, Calif. — Following on the strong growth seen in 2016, a sixth straight year with positive net absorption, Hacienda's first quarter in 2017 has started off well. Hacienda ended 2016 with the highest square foot level of occupancy in the development's history and indications are good that the 2017 may set another similar record.

"Construction continues on four projects; one of which has commenced occupancy. Discussions are also proceeding on new development opportunities" says James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "Hacienda tenant activity has also been good and announcements on additional new arrivals should be coming soon."

ZOHO Invoice Is Now Officially Recommended for G Suite

Zoho today announced that its online invoicing software, Zoho Invoice has been selected by Google and is now officially part of the Recommended for G Suite program.
