PLEASANTON, Calif. — As the year concludes, there are a number of gains that have been realized over the past year that are worth noting at Hacienda. Given the state of the current market, Hacienda has been well positioned to take advantage of a number of sizable transactions. While there is still uncertainty about how the market is developing and what will be seen in the coming months, the quality and quantity of both leasing and investment activity has once again demonstrated the value placed on a Hacienda address. Net occupancy increased by over 100,000 square feet over the last quarter. Over 440,000 square feet of transactions have occurred to date since January 1 in Hacienda. The park is the largest mixed-use development of its kind in Northern California.

“We believe that there is a special significance to the performance we have seen this year given the challenges that exist in the current market. Both tenant and investment activity have been noteworthy over the course of the last year and indications are that some of the same dynamics that drove this activity will produce additional interest" stated James Paxson, Hacienda's general manager. "This serves as an important reminder in Hacienda's 40th year that the characteristics that made Hacienda relevant as a location when it first commenced are still present and just as active today."

On June 8, 1982, the City of Pleasanton adopted Ordinance 1040 officially approving Hacienda for development. DiaCarta to Become a Publicly Listed Company Through Merger with HH&L Acquisition Co.

PLEASANTON, CA and HONG KONG, October 14, 2022 – DiaCarta, Ltd.
