Red Robin Burger & Spirits Emporium Opens September 1

Red Robin Burger & Spirits Emporium opens September 1 at 4503 Rosewood Drive in the Metro 580 Center. The 7,300 square foot restaurant, which features patio seating, will accommodate 285 people. About 90 new jobs are expected to be created.

"We think this location has the potential to become one of the highest volume Red Robins in the Bay Area," says owner Denny Garcelon.

Festive Decor

The decor will be similar to the five other Bay Area Red Robin restaurants.

"We have an eclectic collection of artwork featuring America's favorite memories and fantasies of the 20th Century," says Garcelon.

Garcelon and his wife, Marlena, have searched for a high traffic restaurant site in the area for more than five years. "The pad location in the Metro 580 Center makes it possible for us to go into Pleasanton," adds Garcelon.

Family Fare

Red Robin caters to adult and family dining for those who want fresh, high quality food served promptly.

"We feature a full menu of 24 gourmet burgers, as well as a wide variety of pastas, soups, salads, entrees, and desserts," says Garcelon.

Red Robin also offers a full bar and beverage center, where "master mixologists" make more than 50 specialty blended and ice cream cocktails. "Mocktails"non-alcoholic drinksare also available.

Red Robin will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and 11:00 a.m. to midnight Thursday through Saturday. The lounge is open until midnight Sunday through Wednesday and 2:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
