  • SBC Communications

    America Online and SBC Communications have formed a strategic alliance to provide high-speed connectivity to AOL through SBC's Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Lines (DSL). America Online will use SBC's DSL to offer a premium upgrade this fall for AOL members from areas where SBC companies Pacific Bell and Southwestern Bell provide DSL service.

  • Documentum

    Documentum will expand its product line by delivering a broad range of Web applications based on its new Web application environment. The Documentum Innovation Application Series will be tailored for the company's targeted vertical industries and focused on five categories: marketing and sales, quality management, research management, financial risk management and project/team management.

  • Paychex

    Paychex was included on Business Week's list of the top 50 performing companies in the Standard & Poor's 500. Paychex ranked No. 34 on Business Week's "50 Best Performers" list and received an "A" rating for Total Return (3 year), Sales Growth (1 and 3 year), Profit Growth (1 and 3 year), and Return on Equity (1 year).

  • OfficeTeam

    An OfficeTeam survey shows that balancing work and family demands is the top concern of business-people, being named by 26 percent of respondents. It was followed closely by "earning a competitive salary" at 23 percent and "job security" at 17 percent. "Companies that implement and encourage work-life balance programs are... practicing good business," said Diane Domeyer, executive director of OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half.

  • Golden Grain

    Golden Grain has introduced two new products to their existing product lines. Herb Roasted Chicken RICE-A-RONI and Garlic Alfredo PASTA RONI both went on sale last month.
