New Archstone Apartments Available for Pre-Leasing

Hacienda's newest rental housing project, the Archstone Hacienda Apartments, are available for pre-leasing. The first phase of apartments is scheduled for occupancy beginning in early July.

The complex will consist of one, two, and three bedroom units ranging in size from 795 to 1,313 square feet.

In all, Archstone Hacienda will consist of 540 units built on over 23 acres of land at Hacienda and Owens drives. The complex will include a recreation area with two pools as well as access to two new public parks currently under construction adjacent to the complex.

Each apartment will have luxury appointments, including ceramic tile entries, faux granite kitchen countertops, a GE Hotpoint appliance package, washer and dryer, walk-in closets, and built-in computer niches. A fitness center, two pools, and two spas are also among the apartments' amenities.
