We wanted to let you know about some additional information pertaining to the CASA program that was referenced in our June 1998 edition of NETWORK. This program, created by the City of Pleasanton, can be a great opportunity to help alert your employees to a community effort designed to create opportunities for affordable home ownership.

Background

The CASA Home Loan Program could help eligible employees live closer to work by reducing the income necessary to purchase a starter home in Pleasanton by 15% to 20%. Additional program information is provided in the attached Announcement (which is a ".doc" file in "Word for Window" format).

Please confirm your participation by return e-mail to Mr. Terry Ward of NEH at tward@pacbell.net (NEH is a non-profit working with City to implement the affordable home ownership program). Please include the number of employees who will be receiving this message.
