As part of Hacienda's participation in the Tri-Valley Resource Team on Air Quality, we wanted to let you know about a free workshop that will be presented in early November on Commuter Choice. Commuter Choice is the name of a series of tax- and money- saving benefits that can be extended to employers and employees to assist them in their use of alternative forms of transportation. These benefits are easy to implement and provide immediate results.

Free Breakfast Workshop

This breakfast workshop will be held on Wednesday, November 10 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The workshop will be held at the Pleasanton Library, 400 Old Bernal Avenue. Information will be provided to give you everything you need to establish Commuter Choice benefits at your business. The workshop will feature: a free how-to Commuter Choice kit, a presentation about the tax benefits of providing transportation options at your company, and a panel discussion involving business representatives with experience in using Commuter Choice benefits.
